There is certainly some real talent outside the Premier League and it won’t be long before some of the players mentioned attract interest from Premier League teams.
However, I should point out this list is an opinion piece on 10 top quality players, but there are many other candidates. I also will note that this list contains players that are attacking in nature. As always I welcome comments on my list and any other suggestion on who should have made the list?
